Statement
Creditex is committed to making the Home Energy Saver discounts portal accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with disability.
We aim to provide an accessible digital experience and continue to review and improve the accessibility of the portal.
Conformance
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disability. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA and Level AAA.
The Home Energy Saver discounts portal is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Partially conformant means that some parts of the portal do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are working to identify and address accessibility issues as part of the ongoing development and improvement of the portal.
